Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.mannop.de/en/widerrufen.html ("Withdraw from contract" button). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, with information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges you to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully provided if, before the start of performance, you expressly agreed that we may begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(4) BGB). Our arrangement service has been fully provided as soon as we have sent you the clinic's date and price confirmation. You give your express consent and confirmation of your knowledge in the surgery booking order.

Whom the right of withdrawal concerns

This right of withdrawal relates exclusively to the brokerage contract with Natalie Sarah Plitt Services. Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is an intermediary and does not itself provide any medical services. You conclude the treatment contract directly with the clinic or the treating doctor on site. The conditions of the respective provider apply to this contract and to any accommodation and transfers booked.

Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. If your data are processed for direct marketing, you can object to this at any time; the data will then no longer be processed for these purposes.

You can withdraw any consent given, in particular to the processing of health data and photos, at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), informally to info@mannop.de. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
